To students with National History Day projects: I receive many requests, about two a week,  from students who wish to do interviews with me about Jane Addams or the Grimke sisters. I am very glad you are working on these projects. Unfortunately, I am working very hard right now to write my new book about the Grimke sisters. I regret very much that I cannot do interviews, by email, phone, or Skype. Thank you for understanding and best wishes for your projects.
